Ricken/Henry

Henry: Oh, hey, Ricken! Just the man I wanted to see.

Ricken: Sure, Henry, what's up?

Henry: Just wanted to make sure you were okay after you took that blow for me. You sure bled a lot, nya ha ha!

Ricken: It's fine! Why's everyone fretting over it so much?! Gods, it's like you still think I'm just a kid!

Henry: What?! After what you did for me out there? Hah, if you're a kid than a squirrel eats meat! You sure are silly, Ricken. No, I just wanted to thank you!

Ricken: Oh...well, you don't have to. I mean, you were gonna get hurt so I stopped it. It's what...friends do for each other.

Henry: Yeah...friends.

Ricken: Oh, sorry. I forgot you're no good at that gushy stuff. But I just didn't-

Henry: No, it's not that! I mean, it is, but there's something else. Remember that hex I used to make a copy of your hand that day?

Ricken: Remember? You scared half the army into thinking a Risen's hand was out to get them!

Henry: Well, there's a reason I did it. See, Ricken...heh. Not sure how to say this without sounding dumb, but you and I...oh, here, just take this, it'll explain everything!

Ricken: What-Henry, this is a RING! You...THAT'S why you made a copy of my hand?! I-it even has my birthstone! Henry, are you-

Henry: That's what you do when you wanna be with someone forever, right? Give 'em a ring. But, if you don't feel the same way I can return it, or give it to someone else whose birthday's in May. No problem!

Ricken: No! I mean...I love it. But how did you-

Henry: I'm not stupid, kiddo. Your cheeks turn awfully red when I'm around, and you're always looking for an excuse to hold my hand. So I figured why not make it official?

Ricken: Heh...hahahaha...ahahahahaha! I-I don't know what to say! I'm just so happy! From now on, I'm never leaving your side!

Henry: And from now on, I'll try harder not to die a horrible bloody death! Mmm...blood...
